MERDAT software is for use with the raw black and white images from NASA/PDS that were made by the two rovers, Spirit and Opportunity, as they roam the Martian surface.
MERDAT can....
Create approximate true colour images.
Create false colour images.
Create 3D cross eye images.
Create red/cyan 3D anaglyphs, for use with 3D glasses.
Create AVI movie sequences, with tagged frames.
Search for images from any date.
Find missing images at NASA.
Use Birthday search to locate images taken on your birthday.
Display images in a slideshow.
Decode the filename encrypted data. (Time, camera, filter, etc.)
Tag images with Sol and Earth date information.
Tag images in a variety of languages.
DLLs used by MERDAT that you may require are winmm.dll and avifil32.dll
